We at C&C believe in serving our customer and so we have kept liberal cancellation policy. As per the policy:
- We will consider cancellation of orders only if the request is made with 24 hours of placing an order. Any cancellation request made after the process printing is initiated will not be entertained.
- The orders or products obtained for special occasions and during peak season cannot be cancelled as they are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not permitted.
- In circumstances where if the delivered product is not as per the design selected by your from our website, we may review your feedback and take appropriate decision if the same has been brought to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- C&C will replace the entire shipment if by any mistake from C&C Pret in terms of written text after approval.
