We endeavor to ensure satisfaction with any product we sell on C&C Pret. In certain circumstances that which are beyond our control, you may receive a damaged or defective product or a product that is not the same as per the original order; in such case you may get in touch with us at: chap@chapandchapette.com
Conditions for Return
Please refrain from accepting a package delivered with damaged or tampered outer packaging. In case on opening the package, if you discover a damaged item please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• In conditions where we are unable to replace the damaged or defective product, we will refund your amount with 30 days.
• In case of returns, it is advisable that return packages are adequately packed in order to avoid further damage of goods when in transit.
Refunds
Once C&C is in receipt of your return product, we will process the refund and it will be processed as per the mode of payment used while placing the order.
• The refunds processed against returns will get reflected through cheque or credit card account within a maximum of 45 working days from the date of receipt of returned product by C&C Pret.
• The orders placed by paying through net banking accounts will get credited back to bank accounts.
• Mode of payments other than bank account will get refund through cheque. The cheque will be drawn in favor of the party whose name appears on the billprovided at the time of placing order and the cheque will be delivered on the billing address.
Please note that C&C will not be accountable for any delays in credit of the refund amount to the cardholder’s credit card account as it is governed by cardholder’s issuing bank.
